Q. Last year, my crepe myrtle bush was loaded with big red clusters of flowers. I did not prune the limbs over the winter, but I did cut off the dead ends. This year, I do not have any flowers. The old limbs produced new growth in the spring and are fully leafed out. I lived in Tennessee when I was young and they bloomed every summer. What should I do to have flowers every year?
