"Ask us about your stimulus check. Please." Look for IRS employees to start wearing buttons around town with that message emblazoned on them. They're trying all sorts of things to get people who haven't claimed their stimulus check to do so -- sending out press releases, holding clinics to help people fill out forms and teaming up with groups like AARP to get out word that money is awaiting them.

We get as irritated as the next guy by motorists who pay more attention to their cell phone conversation than their driving. It's a risky practice that sometimes results in accidents. But it's not cause for yet another law.
Limits to government I am sure that Madison County Board members have based their decision to close the sheltered care facility on a purely economic point of view. I believe most of the county taxpayers applaud their decision if it means the operating expense is excessive, according to the number of county residents served.
