OTHS Athletic Department Unveils "Friend of OTHS" Program

With new bleachers and field lights rising above continuing installation of an eight-lane track and multi-purpose field on the Smiley campus, OTHS athletic director, Todd Moeller, announced the formation of a fundraising effort District 203 is hopeful will aid in paying for the massive renovation project currently under construction and scheduled to be completed before the Panther varsity football team's home opener August 29.

Olympic athletes and commentators act appropriately

After raking the anticipated Olympic coverage over the coals a couple of issues ago, I must offer a qualified retraction. I still refuse to watch the peripheral Olympic coverage offered by The Today Show and their pretenders; however, the actual event coverage has been well done.
